1. No Refunds:
- All purchases of products & services are final and non-refundable.
- Once a product or service has been purchased and accessed, it is deemed to be consumed and cannot be returned.
2. Exceptions:
- No exceptions will be made for refunds due to change of mind or mistaken purchase.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have selected the correct product or service before completing the purchase.
3. Technical Issues:
- If you encounter technical issues while accessing your product, please contact our customer support team at for assistance.
- Our team will work with you to resolve any technical problems to ensure you receive the product you purchased.
- TheraYog is responsible only for issues originating from our end, such as technical glitches or content errors.
- Users must ensure their devices meet necessary requirements and have a basic understanding of accessing digital content. TheraYog does not provide basic training on digital literacy.
- TheraYog subscriptions are non-extendable. Requests for extensions due to the user’s inability to understand how to use the content will not be entertained.
- Users are responsible for managing their settings, such as audio and video controls. TheraYog is not liable for issues resulting from user error.
