Know Your Teacher
Yogini Srishti is a yoga practitioner and educator with over 15 years of experience in classical and therapeutic yoga. She specializes in women’s health, using yoga as a structured approach to long-term wellbeing and disease management.
Her training spans Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga. She is a four-time National Gold Medallist, holds a Diploma from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, and is certified in Yoga Science by MDNIY.
Her teaching journey began with yoga initiatives at AIIMS and has since reached over 30,000 students. Her approach combines disciplined practice, evidence-informed methods, and deep respect for individual capacity.

The Program is designed to support recovery after childbirth. It includes gentle yoga practices, breathing techniques, core and pelvic floor strengthening, guided relaxation, and lifestyle guidance to help mothers regain strength and balance.
You can generally begin 2–3 months after a normal delivery and 5–6 months after a C-section, once you receive mandatory clearance from your doctor.
The program is carefully designed to support recovery after a C-section. All practices are safe, modified for post-surgery needs, and help rebuild strength without straining the scar area. With your doctor’s clearance, these sessions can promote faster recovery, better energy, and emotional well-being.
It helps restore core strength, reduce back and pelvic pain, improve posture, support weight management, ease stress, balance hormones, and promote overall healing after pregnancy.
All sessions include safe modifications for conditions like diastasis recti, weak pelvic floor, C-section recovery, or other health concerns. Please consult your doctor first and mention your condition in the form so we can guide you with proper care and personalization.
