Know Your Teacher

Yogini Srishti is a yoga practitioner and educator with over 15 years of experience in classical and therapeutic yoga. She specializes in women’s health, using yoga as a structured approach to long-term wellbeing and disease management.

Her training spans Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga. She is a four-time National Gold Medallist, holds a Diploma from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, and is certified in Yoga Science by MDNIY.

Her teaching journey began with yoga initiatives at AIIMS and has since reached over 30,000 students. Her approach combines disciplined practice, evidence-informed methods, and deep respect for individual capacity.

You will get 12 Recorded Classes in each month of first trimester and 16 Recorded Classes in each month of second and third trimester. In addition there will be live catchup session every wednesday at 7 PM IST
