Know Your Teacher
Yogini Srishti is a yoga practitioner and educator with over 15 years of experience in classical and therapeutic yoga. She specializes in women’s health, using yoga as a structured approach to long-term wellbeing and disease management.
Her training spans Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga. She is a four-time National Gold Medallist, holds a Diploma from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, and is certified in Yoga Science by MDNIY.
Her teaching journey began with yoga initiatives at AIIMS and has since reached over 30,000 students. Her approach combines disciplined practice, evidence-informed methods, and deep respect for individual capacity.

You will receive 4 live recorded classes every week including live catch up session and the access will be live for 30 days . The live catch-up sessions will be held every Wednesday at 6-7 AM IST.
