Not at all. This program is designed for beginners as well as those already active in fitness or gym routines. Every movement is guided, safe, and progressively builds strength, flexibility, and breath control.

We provide recordings for 5 days after each session, so you can catch up at your own pace. Even if you miss a few live sessions, consistent practice using recordings will still bring results.
No, not at all. While fertility is a key focus, the practices also improve posture, digestion, sleep, energy, skin/hair health, and hormonal balance—making it ideal for any man in his 30s–40s looking to future-proof his health.
It will perfectly complement your gym routine. You’ll improve recovery, reduce stiffness, and enhance mind–muscle connection. Many of our students report fewer injuries and better performance at the gym after adding yoga.
We meet 5 Recorded classes per week . The rest of the days, you’ll receive easy-to-follow home practice suggestions to stay consistent. You can continue your gym or work schedule alongside. If a session is rescheduled, you will be informed in advance.
